Essential Components

Poles are not included with Canopy Parts Kits. Metal conduit poles (EMT - Electrical Metallic Tubing) must be purchased separately. These poles are typically sold in 10-foot lengths at any major hardware store. For a 20' x 20' High Peak Kit, you will need 18 EMT poles, each sized at 1-1/4".

Cowboy Canopy uses only high-quality EMT fittings made from galvanized steel, which ensures rust resistance and long-lasting durability. All welds, including eye bolts, are finely crafted with 360-degree welds, eliminating the need for tack welding. The galvanized steel is a robust 16-guage, designed to last for decades.

Customization

High Peak Canopy Kits can be customized to fit your specific needs. The 120-degree high peak angle provides 7 inches of rise for every foot of run, allowing for flexible pole length adjustments. Kits are listed in 10-foot increments, but this can be customized. For instance, a 20' x 20' kit can be resized to 14' x 20' or 12' x 18'.

Easy Assembly

Eye bolt connections on each fitting are user-friendly and convenient. No need for drills, screwdrivers, or advanced construction skills. Simply hand tighten the eye bolts to your poles for quick setup and easy dismantling.
